Policies

Classes are 8 week sessions. There will be scheduled make-up classes for Holiday closings.

All fees and tuition are due by the last week of the previous session and no later than the first week of the new session. Tuition not paid by the 2nd class of the session will be assessed a $20 late fee. We believe it takes an 8 week session to see if LTD is a good fit for your child. 8 week session fees are non-refundable. WE DO NOT OFFER ONLINE PAYMENT. WE ACCEPT CHECK OR CASH IN OUR OFFICE ON OR BEFORE THE FIRST DAY OF THE SESSION.

$40.00 annual (non-refundable) registration fee is due upon sign up.

Your child’s spot can not be held when choosing to take a session off.

We will allow 1 make-up class per session due to illness-your make-up class must be scheduled at the front desk-this is due to our class ratio of no more than 7:1. There will only be 1 makeup for snow days in a session. If your child has a school function or outside activity, there will be no make-up. The make-up day will be held on the day convenient for LTD to hold the make-up. If you sign up for a session and can not make the first class or 2, we can not prorate the class if we have a waiting list.

A $30 fee will apply to all returned checks.

We accept cash/checks made payable to LTD. No credit card payments accepted.

Class Attire-gymnasts should wear a leotard. Hair should be pulled back, no jewelry-post earrings are permitted.

Parents and siblings may only observe in our designated seating area. You may not enter the gym floor for safety reasons. Food and drink are not permitted outside of the designated seating area.

Closings

Evening classes: If you are unsure if we are open due to weather, please check wearecentralpa.com. Closings will also be posted on our facebook and instagram pages. We will provide make-up classes only if LTD cancels classes.

PRIVATE LESSONS

We do offer private lessons to members. If you are not enrolled in our class program our $40 annual membership fee will need to be paid to LTD to schedule private lessons. Cost per hour is at the discretion of the coach.
